Message from the CEO

Calance has grown from a determination to succeed. The people who lead this company joined Calance America from some of the world’s largest systems integrators and most successful business consultancies. We all have experience in significant leadership roles and have been at the forefront of some of the world’s largest and most innovative developments in professional services.

We came together partly because we share a frustration with the barriers that large companies put in our way. We had ideas about the ways we wanted to work with our clients. We found, that despite seniority in our employers, they were just too large and too inflexible to change.

All of us share a belief that what our clients need is nimble, creative and practical help. We also believe that clients as a whole are becoming more demanding and more specific in their demands of IT services companies and we want to create the sort of company that reflects those demands.

The result is a balance of high quality people and practical value for clients. We feel a sense of responsibility to our clients and partner companies; a conviction that the way we conduct business can and should contribute to our mutual success.
