Working Methodology

Calance delivers projects by utilizing the Rational Unified Process, which categorizes projects into the following phases:

• Inception - Where we talk to clients and assess their requirements. This is the phase where we identify the problems that our client are facing and work with them to identify and refine the areas of improvement.
• Elaboration - The problem areas identified in the Inception phase are then refined further and technologies identified to solve the problem. A high level design of the technical system is then conceptualized and reviewed with the clients.
• Construction - This phase involves the construction of the systems and testing. The designs formulated in the previous are refined during implementation keeping in mind ground realities. This phase is usually the longest running phase for any project. Our huge India Delivery capabilities help our clients to reduce costs and at the same time maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Transition - Client then tests the system built during the construction phase and knowledge of the system is transitioned to people at the client site, with 24x7 support from Calance.
• Support - Calance has integrated capabilities to support existing and new systems based on the client requirements. The Optimal Delivery model of Calance helps to maintain low costs for the clients. An optimal mix of teams on client sites and in India helps maintain a smooth communication channel and facilitates work faster.
