From our experience, we understand that more time goes into supporting and enhancing an application compared with the initial development. Support and Enhancement are critical for the success and agility of a product; and our teams understand that. We provide end to end support for ATG applications with focus on keeping the application stable, scalable and high on performance. We have a dedicated ATG Support group trained on the support processes.
