Project Management
Our teams have managed programs ranging from large multi-billion cross continent outsourcing engagements to multi-year technology Program Management offices for clients in Health & Life Sciences and Financial Services industries. Complex and mission critical projects, if not managed properly, tend to become an extension of the client’s existing organizations, adding to the cost and complexity. However, with the internal review mechanisms that we have in place, we continuously reexamine  the same question before and during our engagements– Can We Add Value Today?. This keeps the project dynamic  and makes on boarding and de-association smooth. It helps that most of our project managers are PMP certified, have deep insight into various aspects of managing large scale work and generally have cross-industry exposure.

Integration Services
We have deep experience in integration services, whether it is Java/J2EE, .NET, MS Sharepoint Services, LDAP, SQL, iPhone or Web Services.  We have specific skills in the complexities of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Research data, including HL7, validated systems management and diagnostic/disease group coding. We fundamentally believe that integrating data correctly releases value that is otherwise constrained. Our priority is to exploit the value of the data that our clients ALREADY have; before extending the applications or infrastructure to generate and share more data.
