We are a young organization started in 2004 by a team of committed executives with experience in building large and nimble organizations from ground-up. All our senior staff have long careers of management and IT consulting experience for some of the largest Consulting companies and have managed very large and complex client engagements. We started our company with internal accruals and have grown strongly since our inception. In the 4+ years of our existence, we have grown from a five-member team to a company of over 160 staff with centers in three continents. Our target clients have been the best and largest organizations in their respective fields such as Nokia, Johnson & Johnson ABN Amro, UCLA, USC, Microsoft, Kaiser Permanente etc.

Calance Corporation is incorporated in New Jersey and has affiliate relationships with various organizations for offshore services, pharmaceutical consulting and e-Commerce consulting among others in various countries.

Calance has staff based in Chicago, Los Angeles & New Jersey. However, most of our consultants are travel-ready and routinely service clients out of these base locations, as well as in international locations. In addition, Calance has developed long-term relationships with external consultants who are located across the country as well as in international locations. These consultants work with us on short term as well as long terms contracts typically away from their base locations
