How often will I get texts?
Message frequency varies by program — typically 1 to 4 messages per month for recruitment outreach, with more during an active interview process. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How do I stop the messages?
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one final confirmation text, and you won't receive further messages from that program. You can also reply HELP or contact us at connect@calance.com.
Will Calance sell or share my number?
No. Your mobile information is never sold, and it's shared only with the vendors that help Calance deliver these text messages, such as messaging platform providers and carriers. It's kept separate from other personal information Calance holds about you.
